Hi..for sale is my much loved pride and joy. I am really reluctant to be selling this exceptional example of the new Ducati V4S.
The bike is a 2018 Ducati V4S. Registered on the 15/06/2018. Registered in the UK by UK main dealer.
The bike was very lightly cosmetically damaged on the 01/08/2018 and I purchased it on the 19/10/2018.
When I purchased the bike it had covered 2228 miles and has now covered only 2540 miles.
when I purchased the bike the insurance company specified category B which means this bike can't be registered on UK roads at all and can only be used as a track/race bike. It may be able to be registered in another country.
Lots of insurance companies are categorising motorcycles as cat B now due to stricter laws and most bikes are very minor damage.
There is quite a lot of difference between the v4 and v4s mainly fully electronic Ohlins suspension. magnesium engine and head covers. lighter bike and so on. Marchesini forged lightweight wheels. spec sheet can be found on Ducati website.
I have x2 keys and all frame and engine number are present.
So about the damaged bike..
The damaged consist of some damage to fairings, handlebars, crack on clocks screen and rear light so as I say cosmetic. I sold the rest of the fairings and headlights.
There was absolutely no damage to any of the wheels, suspension, subframe ect. it was all perfect. I still have the original rearsets as I saved these. the reason they cat B the bike is a small 6mm bolt had snapped its head off in the frame but this was extracted perfectly. there is no dents or scratches at all on the frame either.
Now the repaired bike..
The engine and exhaust and air filter are full standard.
Any recall or campaigns have all been updated by Ducati SMC Sheffield and Ducati Mansfield. included was a new oil cooler, quick shifter, clutch hose, ect and all ecu updates etc. The bike is fully upto date and all this was warranty work that I had done. warranty is still on the bike till 06/2020 if these bikes get 2 years manufacturers warranty.
I had a brand new set of clocks fitted at the Ducati dealers as mine was cracked.
Other parts/work I did to the bike -
I purchased a full set of race fairing and air intake/clocks front subframe from Italy.
Then had these painted in BMW metallic matte grey and I also painted the black race number patches on instead of stickers and matte lacquered over. The other colours are all graphics. please see a full list of parts fitted below.
The seat is a Ducati racing 20mm higher type made of alcantara.
Tinted high screen.
Fully adjustable rearsets.
x3 reservoir caps in billet alloy with carbon.
Quick entry screw type fuel cap.
GP Top yoke.
Engine oil fill cap.

I fitted a rear L.E.D stop and tail light as I got a warning on the dash saying rear light was unplugged, since this I also purchased a blank off rear light plug from Ducati so no fault code can appear.
Ducati matt anti glare clocks screen cover.
Brand new supercorsa sc1 race/road tyres. these are different to standard v4s tyres.
Ive only used the bike at SPA for a 2 day track day. I then fitted the new tyres ready for this summer but my circumstances have now changed and she had to go to some lucky person,
The bike comes with Ducati silk red bike cover and rear paddock stand. I have various spared that will go with the bike.
As you can see ive spent a fortune on this bike and got her exactly how I wanted it. she needs absolutely nothing at all.
Any inspection welcome. I also have lots more pics I can send you.
Cleared funds before the bike goes anywhere.
thanks for looking, chris.
